Registration Cancellations Requests for cancellations received prior to May 9, will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 9, 2024. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to events@WIA.org.
No-Shows If you do not request a cancellation prior to May 9, and you do not attend the event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel a registration, email email@example.com. Please provide your registration confirmation number, name, and company name.
Upon receipt of your email, our events team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
In the event you are unable to attend Connect (X), you may transfer your registration to another member of your team. Please submit requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Friday, May 10.
Please provide your registration confirmation number, your name, company name, and the name, email, title, and company name of the person to whom you wish to transfer your registration.
You will receive confirmation of your request and your colleague will receive a registration confirmation.
