Registration Cancellations Requests for cancellations received prior to May 1 will be eligible for a full refund. Registrations may also be credited towards Connect (X) 2024.
Last-minute cancellations (those requested after May 1) are not eligible for refunds but may be credited towards attendance at Connect (X) 2024.
No-Shows If you do not request a cancellation or an event transfer prior to the start of Connect (X) 2023 and do not attend the event, you will not be eligible for a refund or an event transfer post-event.
How to Cancel
To cancel a registration, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your registration confirmation number, name, and company name.
Upon receipt of your email, our events team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
In the event you are unable to attend Connect (X), you may transfer your registration to another member of your team. Please submit requests in writing to email@example.com prior to Friday, May 5.
Please provide your registration confirmation number, your name, company name, and the name, email, title, and company name of the person to whom you wish to transfer your registration.
You will receive confirmation of your request and your colleague will receive a registration confirmation.
