The U.S. Department of Agriculture estimates that 22.3% of Americans in rural areas and 27.7% of Americans in Tribal Lands lack access to reliable broadband connectivity. Many states are working hard to correct this disparity but there is still debate over which broadband technology will deliver the best results. This panel will look at the pros and cons of deploying fiber vs. fixed wireless access and also discuss how communities should evaluate each technology to determine the best fit.
