How to Manage FWA Growth vs. Network Capacity Constraints

Wireless operators that currently offer fixed wireless access (FWA) broadband services to their customers insist  they have enough network capacity to handle additional FWA customers.  But a2023 study conducted by the Brattle Group and commissioned by wireless trade group CTIA found that 5G networks may run out of capacity within the next five years unless more spectrum becomes available for wireless services. What can FWA providers do to manage network capacity and still grow their FWA businesses?   Is cell splitting a viable option?  Network slicing?
