Christopher B. Fisher is a Partner at Cuddy & Feder LLP. He is Chairman of the firm’s Telecommunications Practice and a past Chairman of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Practice, two of the largest infrastructure practices in New York and Connecticut. Chris served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 2017-2022.
Chris is a tireless advocate for digital connectivity. Chris is a founding board member of the New York State Wireless Association, serving as President from 2012-2018. He’s been a member of the WIA’s Innovation and Technology Council and chaired a working group focusing on municipal government relations and small cell policy.
Chris serves as Vice-Chair of the Westchester County Association (WCA) and co-authored its Post Pandemic Working Group’s 2020 report. He leads efforts to drive economic development and broadband access and adoption as part of nationally recognized projects such as WCA’s Y-Zone program.
For nearly 30 years, Chris has been a leading private sector telecommunications lawyer and routinely recognized as a US Best Attorney and Super Lawyer in New York. He appeared on New York’s City & State’s Telecommunications Power 50 list and has been honored on several occasions for his work within the community, including the Distinguished Service Award from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and the Leadership Award from the Westchester County Association.
