Dan Parfitt is a Managing Director with Stephens Inc. He leads the firm’s efforts in critical & digital infrastructure services, assisting clients with mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt capital raises. Prior to joining to Stephens, Mr. Parfitt was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
