Katherine Huber, Chief Human Resources Officer at Everest Infrastructure Partners. Katherine is responsible for talent acquisition, talent planning, leadership and organizational development, cultural advancements, and overall leadership of the Human Resources function. Katherine is a passionate, entrepreneurial Human Resources executive with experience partnering with leaders to build and execute strategic plans to further organizational growth and success. She has a diverse background in manufacturing operations, including distribution and logistics, consumer products and foodservice sales, corporate global functions, IT consulting and healthcare from her time with the H.J. Heinz Company and with the Frito-Lay Division of PepsiCo, and most recently just over 10 years at SDLC Partners. Katherine has built expertise in the areas of talent and performance management, leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition, labor relations, change management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, as well as building and leading teams. She has partnered with executive teams to drive business strategy alignment, organizational transformation, business-process improvement, and cultural change. Katherine has a B.S. from Westminster College in Political Science, and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University. She is married and has two rambunctious boys. In her free time, she enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
