Marc is Senior Managing Director with Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, LLC., leading EY’s infrastructure Strategy practice. He also leads the Strategy practice for technology and telecom clients. For the past 30 years, Marc has focused on developing strategies for government entities and private investors, constructors and operators involved in large-scale infrastructure investments.
Marc is currently leading a number of high profile broadband P3s or digital divide efforts in the US, including small rural, large urban, and State-Wide initiatives. He has been instrumental in developing efforts by the MTA, MBTA, MNDOT, Penn Turnpike Corporation, GDOT, VDOT, Middle Tennessee, California, San Jose, St Louis, San Diego and many others. A pioneer of the application of advanced technology to infrastructure, Marc’s expertise ranges from the early days of e-tolling to today’s predictive analytics using big data, to tomorrow’s smart cities, intelligent highways and connected autonomous vehicles. He also lead’s EYIA’s effort in the deployment of charging infrastructure.
