In his capacity as Senior Network Engineer and Consulting Network Engineer, Mr. Jenkins has project managed over $550 Million in network hardware and software investments and upgrades, designed and engineered over 75,000 miles of public safety and commercial networks and interconnections and served as the managing engineer of 40,000 voice and circuits at wireless leader, T-Mobile Northeast.

Mr. Jenkins pioneered community initiatives in Newark for non-profit training, establishing a NEWIT Economic Development Corporation, a 501c3 for training and education serving the telecom construction industry in NJ and nationwide.
