Tom Leddo is the Chief Strategy Officer of MD7, where he is responsible for realizing the strategic priorities of MD7 and enabling all stakeholders to understand the company’s objectives. Tom started with MD7 in 2004 as one of the company’s first employees and has held multiple leadership positions across the firm in areas including operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. He plays a significant role in the development and execution of new initiatives to build MD7’s brand, increase competitive advantages, and capitalize on growth opportunities. Tom earned an MBA from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama.
