
Managing Director, Investment Management
Warren Roll is a Managing Director and head of Fiber and Small Cells at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Roll has more than 25 years of experience in global private equity, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations across a broad range of industry sectors. Mr. Roll helps lead the fiber and small cell strategy at DigitalBridge and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments with a specific focus on fiber, indoor and outdoor small cell networks, tower infrastructure and related assets and business.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2014, Mr. Roll was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) where he led TMT and healthcare sector initiatives in the private equity group. Mr. Roll helped build PSP’s private equity program including leading investments in Telesat, one of the largest global satellite operators and Acelity, one of the largest ever, public-to-private transactions. Prior to PSP Investments, Mr. Roll worked at BMO Financial Group and Desjardins Securities in mergers and acquisitions, as a member of the team advising companies in North America on transactions across various industries with a focus on telecommunications, media and technology.
Mr. Roll currently is a director on Boingo, Zayo and Digita Oy and formerly a director on ExteNet Systems.
Mr. Roll received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in 1998 and an MBA with honors in 2001 from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
